I received my Ayurvedic and Yogic (200hr) instruction from Mount Madonna Institute, in the tradition shared by Baba Hari Dass.
My bodywork training was with Daniel Santosha at his School of Healing Arts in Oaxaca
I’ve received my Level 2 Reiki accreditation in SF, CA

Bolé ( Altar Of Now) is a wonderful practitioner whose kindness, calm & loving energy, and deep knowledge create a space ripe for healing. His understanding of the body-mind, his presence, and his intuitive listening allow for a safe, supported experience to unfold. I was skeptical of Distance Reiki at first — however its effects are powerful and support my ability to sleep and release tension when I’m traveling. I've had the opportunity to work with Bolé and Altar of Now in many different contexts, in many different locations, predominately participating in sessions throughout San Francisco, including Golden Gate Park. I've had Reiki, massage & bodywork, counseling and psychedelic integration sessions with them and there is one constant to the experience- care. The focused attention, the presence that Bole has brought to my healing sessions, has been transformative. They are always available to hold space for me, even if I have yet to schedule a session, and every interaction we have is an energetic safe space.
Bolé is a gift. He is very in tune with subtle energetics and holding space for their various qualities. I have received at least 5 distant reiki treatments from him up til now. Each time I witnessed a shifting of my state and a clearing of difficult emotions. I'd realy recommend getting Reiki if you haven't tried it! It's very relieving.
Bolé is truly synched with his calling at this moment in time. His energy is kind, patient, and gentle, and he is extremely present. He has held so much compassion and space for everything I have been going through. I am infinitely grateful for his healing presence, skill, and knowledge.
