In my practice, I draw on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, embracing its holistic teachings to restore harmony among the three fundamental energies within our body, known as doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

Our time together will serve as a haven, offering guidance to refine your dietary choices, shape your lifestyle, and nurture your emotional well-being. Each session is crafted and tailored to your unique needs. Together we’ll embark upon a profound journey towards physical, emotional, and mental equilibrium.

Initial sessions are up to 2 hours long, follow-up sessions are 1 hour. It is recommended that an initial session and follow-up are booked at the same time.
