Good afternoon everyone.
I’d like to express deep gratitude to our hosts, offering up the space for us all to come together. I’d like to direct thanks to the ties that connect all of us, to Kali for lovingly pulling those threads and to each of you for choosing to be there, sharing the gift with each other.
Every being’s breathwork experience and integration is different- I’m reaching out to share some helpful suggestions for the days that follow and open lines of communication into the future.
First and foremost I hope the whole group got the chance to rest yesterday. Continue to let the experience softly unfold. There may be a moment, a scent, a sound that brings you back into the some aspect of the experience. Honor that as you are able.
Take a walk, sit in the sun, listen to a favorite song, create space as you can for the breath’s work to continue. By no means am I advocating for seriousness, and monastic solitude- we want to be aware of any inputs in the next few days that may be louder than our internal dialogue.
Drink water.
Journal. Paint. Move. Sing. Give yourself the chance to get into a state of flow, play, where there is no deliverable or rule attached. Turn yourself over to some form of expression.
You may feel the desire to take a couple holotropic breaths as you move through your day- totally cool- the body and heart recognize quickly the arrival of a new tool. Its wonderful to follow that intuition- I’d recommend that if you feel the call follow it but avoid doing so behind the wheel of car or while you are walking.
I’d like to share a few other ways that we can work together in the coming days and beyond. In addition to facilitating group and private holotropic sessions I hold space in the following additional modalities:
Reiki: A deeply harmonious hands-on healing experience that aims to alleviate discomfort, restore balance and support tranquility. The treatments take place in your space and can be scheduled here

Breathwork Into Meditation: I offer a free group session that uses the breath as a vehicle into deep peace. It is every Thursday 1015am-1045am at Yoga Shala in the Inner Sunset. It’s immediately after a wonderful asana class (9am-10am). Participating in both is often the high point of my week. https://theyogashalasf.com/schedule
Internal Dynamics: An active therapeutic exploration into who you are. In an ID session we investigate your internal world through questions, intended to help exfoliate what is going on in your life and how you’d like to approach the road ahead. A session can be scheduled here.

Psychedelic Integration: Life is a journey. Along with “good” things come “bad”. There is no internal scale that balances our reaction to “good” and “bad”; subsequently, it feels like there is little room for us to escape the onslaught of challenges. We feel overwhelmed, worn out. We miss the mystery, the beauty of Now, because we’re surrounded by a forest of confusion and distraction.
A psychedelic journey can bring soft golden light into the dim wood of our current struggles, illuminate a pasture of openness, and show opportunities to see, hear and feel more clearly the gift that is our life. “Good”, “bad,” and everything in-between.
Offerings can include pre-session preparation and counseling, journey facilitation and guidance, and post-trip integration. If you’re interested you can schedule a free exploratory call here.

Speaking of integration, here’s a collection of songs for it. I recommend playing on shuffle and relaxing into it.
