and much to wide for words.

I’ve spent the last week changing. A few days of rest, relaxation (deep) and effort brought right back into the moment of what it is like, what the tight turn between parts can feel like.
Alternating lights of sun and moon, days bringing on new waves of heat and relief.
When we go away, we come back with more of a sense of our self. We get to see the patterns we’ve trimmed, the new spaces we’ve cultivated and lived in over the last stretch of… time.
That is what time feels like, seeing the curve of sheer moments of presence stacked- details opaque but clear enough to tell its been longer than my fingers and toes worth of days since or until something will happen.
When we discovered by looking up over and over again that cycles existed above us, that each day bringing in each glorious night was a progression, or a noticeable pattern within the world around us- that must have been truly a series of very bendy moments.
Come to think of it, there are probably other utterly altering realities around us that we have yet to see, and the beauty of this one, for us right now, is that it is all we have.
Yet we count. We’ve built tools to count, to measure. Precision grade. We are exact. Sharp. Many experiences point us at the passage of time.
We’re on time heavy.
I’m thinking, and trying to do less time heavy stuff. Less looking back and forward more moment to moment. As an experiment.
